Career Timeline
Aakash then thought of growing his career again in comedy and improv, for which he also left the corporate job. And started doing comedy in some theater and focused on comedian career. Along with this, he also did Radio Mantra internship in 2014. She then discovered acting in red nose clowning and commedia dell’arte from Indian and German acting teachers.
Even after leaving KPMG, Aakash started developing himself in improv comedy. Under the direction of seasoned improv coach Varun Anand, joined the comedic improv company Queales Improv in Delhi in 2014.
Over the course of two years, Gupta performed multiple improv shows while continuing his improv comedy training. He started pursuing a career in stand-up comedy in 2014 after giving a performance at an open mic at Delhi’s Akshara Theatre.
After three years of doing stand-up, Akash finally uploaded his first stand-up video to YouTube in 2017. The Habitat in Mumbai, which was once known as Tuning Fork, is where the video was shot.

Gupta started working in improv shows before turning to stand-up comedy as a career.
