Samay Raina’s Career
Samay Raina is a man of great sense of humor and observational skills. He started his career during his college days with his stand-up comedy on open-mic stage. In the initial days, he performed in colleges and outside the college. After that he started performing as a professional comedian in Pune itself. When he started getting his identity and development through comedian, he started performing in different cities of the country.
He was then seen participating in season 2 of Amazon Prime’s stand-up competition Comicstaan, which also proved to be the turning point of his career. Because Samay emerged as the joint winner in that show. Along with this, he was seen sharing the stage with comedian Akash Gupta in the show.
When there was a lockdown in India due to the Covid-19 Pendimic, then all outdoor shows were closed. After which Samey opened a YouTube channel and started streaming chess games online in collaboration with some comedians and chess masters.
